Communication with the school

Parents and guardians, we want to ensure that communication between you and school is working as well as possible! 

Email:  As we are a Green School and we want to cut down on paper waste as much as possible, we will be sending a lot of notes and messages to you by email.  Please make sure that we have your up-to-date email address on our system at school.  If you change your email address or if you don’t have an email, please let us know.

Phone: It is so important that we have up-to-date phone numbers for all parents and guardians, as well as additional emergency contact numbers.  If you have changed your phone number, don’t forget to let us know.

Address: If you have moved house or changed address, make sure we have the details on file.

Early collections: If for any reason you need to collect your child early from school (e.g. for an appointment), please try to let the school know in advance when possible so that your child will be ready when you get here.
