This week the Beech Class made quesadillas as part of SuperValu’s Cooking All Stars programme! Again, all the ingredients were kindly donated by John from SuperValu Tyrrelstown. He even came to visit this week to see all the lovely food the children were making with the ingredients! We’re learning so much about healthier food choices and picking up some handy cooking skills while we do it!
