Parents, guardians & friends, the NCSE deadline for SNA applications is 28th February. Department of Education deadline to extend our resource teaching hours (one to one teaching) is also 28th February.

If your child is attending Powerstown ETNS or due to start with us in September 2018 and requires extra teaching support to help him/her learn, has a diagnosed disability or syndrome please make sure the school receives all paperwork and reports by Friday 23rd February.

If your child is in pre-school and is currently receiving Level 7 AIM support, or has access to a Special Needs Assistant in current school and you have not yet discussed your child’s needs with the principal, it is imperative that you speak to the school as soon as possible.

We are required to submit all applications with supporting documentation (medical reports, assessment reports, professional contact details) to the NCSE and Department of Education before 28th of February to ensure that supports are in place for September 1st.
