Powerstown ETNS are delighted to be hosting Interculturalism Workshops in the school.

These are fantastic, discussion led workshops  that are facilitated by Jeannette Bentley.

These workshops are informal, friendly and welcoming.

They are led by the participants.

They encourage all parents to get involved and promote a sense of community within the locality.

It is a fantastic way to build relationships with fellow parents and adults in the community. It is a positive way to help and support they development of the school and the school community!

Parents are invited to organise informal childcare in the school during the workshop amongst themselves. A child friendly room with toys will be made available for parents to supervise children. Parents are encouraged to do this on a rota basis whereby all adults can participated in workshops!
