Foróige project workers will be calling to the school on Thursday to speak to pupils in 5th & 6th class about projects and clubs they can join
 
What is Foróige?
Foróige Tyrrelstown youth project run afternoon groups and youth clubs in Tyrrelstown for young people ages 10-24 that involve various activities such as baking, art, and sport. A space to help to build social skills and personal development in a safe and fun environment.
 
Sign up to Foróige: 
Taylor and Megan will drop forms into school on Thursday and we will send them home.
 
If you would like a form for your child to sign up, drop in to the Tyrrelstown Community Centre or contact youth workers Taylor on 0867804391 or Megan on 0860441298.
 
 
They also run an LGBTI+ Youth group and if interested you can contact Taylor on the number above.  
 
Youth participation: Is a new initiative this year. It is a youth participation group which will be youth led, committee type group that will be all about identifying issues they might like to focus on and enabling them to be involved in influencing decision-making and the direction of Foróige and their community.
 
Young people with learning difficulties: New youth group for young people with learning disabilities is starting up this Thursday.
