In Powerstown ETNS we love getting our whole school community involved! Parents and guardians are invited in to assist with lots of school activities and events such Shared Reading sessions; Field trips; Swimming and lots more. Please note all parents and guardians who wish to help in Powerstown ETNS MUST be Garda Vetted first.  
To do this, firstly go to our parent page for information on E-Vetting Process  – Then bring along the following documentation to school:

• Completed NVB1 form
• Provide proof of ID and address – Please note: The ID must be accepted under the NVB 100 point checklist. The ID is verified by the Principal and who will then forward the application to the National Office.
• Photocopies of the ID and address document documents
• Garda vetting is valid for 3 years for parents who have been previously vetted

We will be accepting these applications in the office between 1pm-2pm each day for the next three weeks (16th Sept – 4th October 2019) only to process applications for Garda Vetting in our school.
