We can all take tips from the boys and girls (moms and dads) of our 2nd class pupils. They have been busy developing their mindfulness skills, participating in yoga and showcasing their creative poetry and artistic talents!

Stephen, Aoife and Roisin are so proud of all the boys and girls in 2nd class’ hard work every week. Every week both classes have been learning new ways to look after their well being and express their feelings. Check out some of the amazing efforts they have made.
