gscommitteeOur Green School Committee play a very prominent role in our school. We have already been rewarded two green flags;

  • Waste Management
  • Energy Conservation

We must continue the work we have done over the last four years to maintain these flags.

We also must initiate a two year Action Plan for our third flag Water – Conservation

The purpose of the committee is:

• To ensure the six other steps are successfully adopted and implemented.

• To ensure the continuity of the programme.

• To link with school management and the local community

Our Green School Committee:

• Is as representative of the whole school as possible.

• Have regular meetings to successfully keep up-to-date with the development of your Green-Schools programme.

• Record the minutes of each meeting.
