Dr John Sharry will be holding 3 parenting talks in Fingal over the next couple of months. Dr John Sharry is a social worker and family psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience as a child and adolescent mental health professional. He is co-developer of the award winning Parents Plus Parenting Programmes, and the best-selling author of twelve positive psychology and self-help books for families including Positive Parenting, and Counselling Children Adolescents and Families. 

 The workshops will be based on the following topics:

–          Managing challenging behaviour in young children

–          Overcoming anxiety and worries and helping children be more confident

–          Establishing Routines in the home around sleep and other important behaviours
