The July Provision Scheme provides for children with severe/profound general learning disabilities or children with Autism to access 40 hours home-based tuition in the month of July.

Please note: Our school does not provide School-Based July Provision.

Please read the documents carefully before completing, and return to the Department as soon as possible.

Parents should note that:

• Priority will be given to applications received on or before 26 April 2019.
• The closing date for receipt of applications to avail of the Home Based July Provision Grant Scheme is 17 May 2019.

Applications will not be accepted after this date.
