All Junior Infant pupils received Vaccination Forms from the HSE. The children can receive the 4-in-1 & the MMR vaccination in school.  

It is parent’s choice whether they want their child to receive the vaccination or not. If you want your child to get the vaccine, complete PART 3. If you DO NOT want your child to receive the vaccine, complete PART 4. It is important that all parents fill in the form and return it to the school.

The 4-in-1 vaccine protects against Diphtheria, Polio, Tetanus, Whooping cough (Pertussis). The MMR vaccine protects against Measles, Mumps and Rubella (German Measles).

We have not been given a date from the HSE for vaccinations yet. As soon as we are informed we will let you know.
