As you may be aware the current term of the Board of Management will expire in November 2019 and a new Board of Management takes up office on 1st December 2019.
There are two parent nominees on the Board of Management of our school. We require one male and one female parent/guardian.
We are now opening nominations for the next Board term 2019 – 2023.
Please check your email for e-nomination forms sent via the school app!
Nominees must be parents of children enrolled in the school (one being a mother and the other a father).
If there is only one male nominee and/or one female nominee, the nominee(s) shall be deemed to be elected.
If more than one nomination is received for either male/female nominee a secret ballot shall be held (via google forms) which will be sent directly to all parents of enrolled pupils via the school app.
In order to obtain nominations we are first writing to each parent/guardian to obtain consent for the circulation of each parent’s name and personal details to all other parents.
If you are interested in being nominated as parent nominee to the Board of Management please complete the Consent Form (in your email account – sent via school app) and submit to the school no later than Monday 30th September 2019 so that the school may furnish your details to other parents. Only tick the box if you are happy for the information that relates to that box to be supplied to other parents.
If your spouse/partner (being a parent of a child in the school) wishes to be nominated s/he must furnish the school with a separate Consent Form. Thank you
