What a super day out for our Basketball teams. This week we played in the Dublin 15 Educate Together Blitz hosted by Hansfield ETNS. Both the boys and girls teams played against the four other schools: Hansfield ETNS, Castaheaney ETNS,  Tyrrelstown ETNS and Castleknock ETNS.

Both teams did us really proud and put to use the skills they have been practicing at lunch. The girls came up against some very strong teams and were unlucky not to get a win, however our players played with their heart on their sleeve never giving up.

The boys team had great success winning 2 of their 4 pool games and losing 2 narrowly meaning the progressed to the 3rd place playoff against Tyrrelstown. In a challenging and hard fought match we came out on top winning 10 – 6, taking home a trophy to the school!
