As you know Intercultural May is now upon us this month and due to the COVID-19 temporary school closure we thought it would be great, in some small way, to still celebrate the month and the wonderful diversity of the school community.

We all know it is a difficult time for everybody but if you have a small amount of time and would like to share a recipe of your native country, maybe a family dish handed through the generations or one that you may have used before at a bake sale, please feel free to send them to the PTA via email to – ptamail@powerstownet.com

We’d love to include some photos too! The closing date for recipes is May 31st . We will be posting recipes each week from submissions to share ideas as the month goes on too here in our school newsletter.

Hopefully by the end of the month we’ll have our very own PETNS Cook Book!
