Dear Parents/Guardians

As per the previous message from the PTA Parking sub-committee that you would have seen yesterday, please find attached the google form titled Traffic Volunteers, as promised.

We are looking for able volunteers from our school community that would be willing to come out for 20 minutes once a week and working as a team, assist in easing the traffic at the school.  Please complete the form by Friday 17 December – 12 noon.

We are counting on everyone’s participation – whether you are able to volunteer or not – to make the drop off and pick up times that bit easier for everybody going forward.  

There will be a short, informal meeting arranged with all volunteers at the beginning of next week via zoom.

We will only ask you to do one slot but if you are happy to do more please do let us know in the form.
