Why have values? 

Helps you to build a meaningful and fulfilling life. 

Helps you to make choices and pursue goals that are aligned with who you want to be as a person. 

Helps you to identify times when a behaviour or action may be inconsistent with your values. Stops you from acting in ways that feel inauthentic to you

What are Values? 

Values are core aspects of a person’s character. 

Values are enduring beliefs and attitudes that guide behaviours—both big and small. 

Knowing your values, and living in accordance with them, is a pathway towards a fulfilling and meaningful life
