Street Feast will be back to neighbourhoods across Fingal on the weekend of 23rd and 24th of May, as the people come together through free, local street parties and shared meals. This initiative supports both small gatherings (like a casual tea and biscuits in a garden) and larger community events (such as a full-blown street party)Now in its 16th year, Street Feast encourages residents to host gatherings in whatever space they have to share food, conversation, and a sense of belonging with their neighbours. With over 50,000 people participating each year, Street Feast has become a nationwide movement, strengthening communities one meal at a time.To help people learn how easy it is to host their own gathering, the Street Feast Roadshow will be visiting Racecourse Community Centre and Mulhuddart Community Centre on Sat 28th March welcoming visitors to receive free resources, expert tips, and inspiration to organise their own feasts, as well as the chance to meet local Feasters already planning their 2026 event.Come along and join us in Racecourse, Baldoyle from 10.30am or in Mulhuddart at 1.30pm on Sat 28th.Residents in Fingal can register to host a Street Feast via the official website (StreetFeast.ie)
