Laurel Class have been lucky enough to receive external athletics “Run, Jump, Throw” training with Ciarán each Wednesday. This week we learned the correct technique for throwing 300g javelins – it was tricky at first but soon we improved our grip, strength and direction! We can’t wait until next week when Ciarán will be bringing real javelins!
