We’re very proud to announce that Powerstown ETNS have been selected for the Yellow Flag programme this year! This is an 8 step intercultural programme that runs over 2 years. 

It focuses on celebrating all the different cultures and nationalities we have in our school as well as breaking down prejudices and learning more about each other. Schools that complete the programme successfully receive a Yellow Flag to display outside their school.

You will hear lots more about the Yellow Flag over the coming weeks and months and we’ll be hoping to get two parents from the school involved by joining the Diversity Committee as well as two members of the community.
