We are delighted to announce the publication of our Admissions Notice for Mainstream Classes for the 2026/2027 school year.
If your child is currently in preschool and due to start school in September 2026, you must submit an application during the month of October 2025.
Please note:
- Your child must be 4 years of age on or before 1st June 2026 to apply for a Junior Infant place in September 2026.
- Proof of address and a birth certificate are required as part of the application process.
- All applications must be made online. The application link for Junior Infants 2026 will go live on 1st October 2025.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming new Junior Infant (2026) families to Powerstown ETNS. A supportive transition programme will be in place for both parents and children, including two school visits before 30th June 2026, as well as Powerstown staff visiting your child in their preschool to help make the move to primary school as smooth and positive as possible.
