Science Week 2014

Science Week 2014

science-weekScience Week Ireland 2014 is taking place from 9th – 16th November.  The theme this year is ‘The Power of Science’.  The power of science is all around us! We see, hear, touch, taste and experience the wonders and magic of science every day!

As part of Science Week, we will be exploring and investigating the ‘Power of Science’ through lots of fun activities, experiments and games in each class.  We will explore the forces that make things move.  We will investigate the different kinds of sounds we hear each day.  We will discover the power of different kinds of materials and the amazing things we can do with them! We will go mad for magnets and we will become energized with some moveable vehicle constructions!

Come in and get involved! Take part in Science for Fun activities in your child’s class and help us discover the Power of Science!
