We really enjoyed well-being week in Willow class this week. We’ve been trying different activities and strategies that might help us with our own well-being. Some of us enjoyed exercise on work-out Wednesday, some of us loved colouring and some of us enjoyed playing board games. When we figure out which activities and strategies we enjoy the most, we add them to our Strategies Sandwich. We can use this when we feel like we need some ‘me time’.Oh, aad we also had the pleasure of minding Oreo the hamster this week. She is the cutest and friendliest hamster we have ever met. Some of us loved holding her and found it calming and relaxing.
