In 4th Class this week we looked at a book called “Richard Wright and the Library Card”. This book is a true story about a young black man who was not allowed to borrow a book from the library in 1920’s United States of America.

We completed different work each day to discuss the topic of racism and how it occurred in this story.

Today we finished our work on this book by creating word-art. We brain stormed words that came into our heads when we thought of racism, and then used these words to create some amazing digital word-art. We hope you enjoy them!
