Elm class had a lovely visit from Pauline this week. Pauline made a presentation for the class all about France, we learned that some schools in France have to wear uniforms, food is donated to charities so there is very little food waste in France.
Pauline read us Pinocchio in French which was very interesting. We learned magic wand is “baguette magique” in French.
Elm class asked Pauline several questions; for example, how do you make carrot soup, crêpes? What is your favourite French dish? How many miles are between Ireland and France?
We are so thankful that Pauline took the time to come into Elm class and make such a lovely presentation!
