All parents must complete the Return to School Declaration Form FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY before the child resumes school.

Children will not be permitted to access the school building if this form is not completed.

Junior Infant, Senior Infant, 1st & 2nd class pupils can complete form via Aladdin from 3pm on 28/2/2021. We will send out a reminder on Sunday 28th to you via Aladdin.

We kindly ask that you complete this from by 4pm on Sunday.

3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class pupils can complete form via Aladdin from 3pm on 14/3/2021, if re-opening proceeds as planned on 15/3/2021

 

How to complete the Return to School Declaration:

  1. Open the Aladdin App
  2. Click Complete Return to School Declaration Form
  3. If your child is in good health, has no Covid 19 symptoms, is not deemed a close contact of a positive case / suspected positive case, tick the box and press send.
